Cordial performs due diligence on the information security practices and data protection compliance of all sub-processors and requires each to commit to written obligations regarding their security controls and applicable regulations for the protection of personal data.

Simply reach out to your account manager for more information on a sub-processor regarding its role for Cordial and its security controls, including third party security reports or certifications.
After reviewing information related to a particular sub-processor obtained through the above link, an objection to a sub-processor can be made by downloading and completing the Objection Request Document and submitting it to Your Account Manager with subject line "Sub-processor Objection".
